Henry Chalfant has launched a great new website http://www.henrychalfant.com to showcase his extensive arcive of early Hip Hop and NYC street culture. Henry has a diversity of archive materials including stills from the documentary Style Wars, also photos from the Sam Esses Studio sessions, Rock Steady Crew breakin, and much more. In addition there are films available like Style Wars, Flying Cut Sleeves and Mambo to Hip Hop.

Please support us in supporting the restoration of Style Wars. We are looking to raise the funds to preserve the film celluloid from deterioration and need to bring it up to the digital quality of Blue Ray for the entire film and outakes as well. Go to http://www.stylewars.com and support in any small or large way. Spread the word dont be a herb.

Also be on the look out for The Big Subway Archive DVD, you will be able to browse through more than 800 trains, and watch video interviews with 50 featured artists and bombers. Coming out in 2011!
